Page lock

In general this is a good application for Mushaaf. However there are a couple of things that needs fixing.

Unfortunately the latest update brings iPhone 5 screen support only partially (in margins off mode only).

The page lock switch lost its function with the new update. I also was hoping its possible to keep this switch on if I quit and restart the app. Currently it has to be pressed each time you run the app.

Lastly, simple tilting to switch from portrait to landscape modes and back to portrait could incorrectly change the page you were on.
